Northern Heights subdivision is located on the north slope of the Happy Valley Bowl, east of 145th Ave. Approved by the City of Happy Valley in early 2005, construction began in June of 2005. There will be 23 homesites with views of Mt Hood and the valley bowl. The Developer is Business Investment Group, LLC of Portland. Building of homes should start in the fall of 2005.
