Happy Valley on the Web was created in 1996 as an electronic newsletter for Happy Valley, Oregon and surrounding areas. It was actually used by the City of Happy Valley as its first website on the internet. Lots has changed since 1996 and recently we have updated the site from a static HTML site as first developed to a WordPress site. In that transition some of the original content has been deleted. Our intent is to maintain some of the historical treasures that were included in the original website.
